Most of the deluxe rooms overlook the famous 'Leidseplein' or have a canal view. The room price includes VAT and services, but is excluding 5% city tax and breakfast. The Deluxe American Rooms are about 30 to 35 m2 big. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view over the canals of Amsterdam or the vibrant 'Leidsesquare.' A few rooms have a balcony or a cosy lounge.
