This 40-bedroom hotel is in a quiet street in the heart of Amsterdam, just a two minute stroll from a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of Amsterdam's main attractions, such as the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Floating Flower Market. The buzzing nightlife of the Rembrandtplein and the Leidseplein are also close at hand. Alternatively, numerous tram lines around the corner from the hotel will take you anywhere in the city. Although fully renovated and restored, and including a lift in the mainbuilding, the 19th-century building maintains much of its original character and has a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Omgeving

From Schiphol Airport you can take the Connexxion Airport Hotel Shuttle, which will get you to the hotel. Tickets are 11 euro per person. From Schiphol Airport you can also take the train to Central Station. From Central Station, take tram 16, 24 or 25 and get off at the stop Wetering Circuit (Wetering Circle). Walk round the left-hand side of the roundabout and turn left before the Carrousel Pancake Restaurant. Walk through the little park directly into the Den Texstraat where the hotel is situated on your right-hand side.
